4A has developed a proven, structured approach to implementing PMOs. PMOs both fill and support many different audiences and roles, with variations between organizations. Because all PMOs are not the same, we prescribe a solution that utilizes best practices and the needs foreseen by the client.

4A's Project Management approach provides rigor and discipline to meet demands for quality, timeliness, low risk, and thought leadership, while providing our customers full visibility and control over project results. Our web-based collaboration and management tool increases employee engagement and productivity by integrating best practices and continuous improvement in delivering maintenance services, with a framework-based approach rated at Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 3 and meeting International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 quality standards. Our ongoing approach for continuous process improvement delivers cost savings through improved productivity, adherence to optimized processes, and continuous process and quality improvements.

4A is aware of the cybersecurity and authentication risks associated with the Digital Transformation initiatives currently underway across the IT industry and mainly in Federal agencies. We can help our customers quantify and understand risks, help detect and respond to threats, and prioritize security needs to accelerate business transformation.

Our deployments serve the identity and access management and identity governance lifecycle for industries including government, financial services, telecommunications, education, healthcare, manufacturing, publishing and retail. Our approach leverages best-of-the-breed products including open-source tools to provide full lifecycle identity and credentialing capabilities from provisioning, integrated  third-party remote identity proofing, certifying, granting, revoking, and deprovisioning services.

4A was founded with a mission to support modernization, IT, and data management maturity at federal agencies. We have an outstanding track record of supporting new programs, maturing existing programs, and helping our clients define, design, and implement new IT standard tools and processes that improve their technical and hosting environments. We have supported numerous programs for our Federal, State and Commercial customers in areas of IT Modernization, Data Management and Administration, Identity and Access Management, and Digital Transformation. In each of these areas, we listen and guide as they step forward in Agile and Scaled Agile maturity, modernize approaches, and deploy supporting pipeline tools for continuous integration/continuous deployment activities. 4A supports technical implementations of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products enhancing system and environmental capabilities to host modernized applications both as on-premises and as part of cloud deployments. Legacy applications form the backbone of many enterprises; yet they are holding those organizations back from leveraging new digital technologies such as cloud, IoT, and mobile. These technologies are required to create up-to-date, experiences for customers and partners.  To address these challenges, IT teams need a way to both rapidly connect legacy systems to modern cloud-based applications while minimizing disruption to these systems. 4A’s proven approaches and methodologies to existing technologies allows our team to provide a significant reduction in risk and elimination of transition effort with the ability to modernize IT systems seamlessly.  With an iterative Agile approach that fully engages stakeholders to elicit requirements and multiple feedback loops prior to user acceptance testing (UAT), 4A ensures implementation meets our stakeholders' changing needs . Live production data in test regions represents a data security risk due to the increased exposure of the data. 4A has successfully implemented an efficient data masking solution to protect data ensuring data integrity across multiple geographies and systems that is classified as Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), or other sensitive information. Our data masking approach has benefited clients by improving cost and effort efficiencies through enterprise-wide automated data masking resulting in significant cost savings on existing masking requirements.

4A effectively understands the business and mission of our customers. We developed an enterprise data strategy to build a data-driven culture and that supports innovation and learning. Our team understands data, workflows and builds practical solutions that improve data quality and increase value. We help our customers using their enterprise-wide approved technology stack to provide a platform and analytic solutions needed to build, govern, manage and explore data lakes.

4A’s Subject Matter Experts developed information content and delivered Business Intelligence (Bl) classroom training to various government staff, including training slides, training notes, and training content. Each training course focuses on a study of the various audiences, such as beneficiary, enrollee, and consumer data attributes stored in various CMS operational data stores in support of enterprise-wide Bl and analytics goals.  Each training course provides a fundamental understanding of each client’s data source, including database design information, data collection methods, interfaces supported, data attribute specifications, storage technologies used, and the client’s processes currently implemented to disseminate information to the organization in support of program requirements.

4A provides independent testing and validation of websites and webcentric application services. Our unique approach builds on human-centered design (HCD) principles and addresses website standards compliance, correctness, and user experience (UX). We use both heuristic and algorithmic analysis to create recommendations to improve web and mobile applications for both public facing and enterprise functionality. Our services and technologies address Section-508 Accessibility standards (Accessibility eXamination: AX), Employee and partner eXperience: EX and Citizen and user eXperience (CX).
