4A has developed a proven, structured approach to implementing PMOs. PMOs both fill and support many different audiences and roles, with variations between organizations. Because all PMOs are not the same, we prescribe a solution that utilizes best practices and the needs foreseen by the client.

4A was founded with a mission to support modernization, IT, and data management maturity at federal agencies. Live production data in test regions represents a data security risk due to the increased exposure of the data. 4A has successfully implemented an efficient data masking solution to protect data ensuring data integrity across multiple geographies and systems that is classified as Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), or other sensitive information. Our data masking approach has benefited clients by improving cost and effort efficiencies through enterprise-wide automated data masking resulting in significant cost savings on existing masking requirements.

4A’s Subject Matter Experts developed information content and delivered Business Intelligence (Bl) classroom training to various government staff, including training slides, training notes, and training content. Each training course focuses on a study of the various audiences, such as beneficiary, enrollee, and consumer data attributes stored in various CMS operational data stores in support of enterprise-wide Bl and analytics goals.  Each training course provides a fundamental understanding of each client’s data source, including database design information, data collection methods, interfaces supported, data attribute specifications, storage technologies used, and the client’s processes currently implemented to disseminate information to the organization in support of program requirements.

4A provides independent testing and validation of websites and webcentric application services. Our unique approach builds on human-centered design (HCD) principles and addresses website standards compliance, correctness, and user experience (UX). We use both heuristic and algorithmic analysis to create recommendations to improve web and mobile applications for both public facing and enterprise functionality.
